High Resolution Photo Download
High resolution photos are necessary whenever quality prints are required for your offline advertising/marketing needs. Every Obeo tour includes high quality photos that you can access 24/7 … for a limited time! They are available to download from your Members Area for up to 6 months. After that time, they are archived off-line.
Please note: There is a fee to retrieve archived photos. Best Practice is to save these hi-res photos to your computer shortly after your tour is activated. This tutorial will show you how to do that so you can use these photos whenever you need them and save yourself an archive retrieval fee.
Download All Photos

Login to your Members Area and look for “Manage Virtual Tours”. Managing this section is as easy as 1-2-3! Remembering these 3 steps will help you with any action.

Under Manage Virtual Tours select the tour under Step 1

Under Step 2 select the action Download High-Resolution Photos

Click the Go! button off to the right.

All of the photos that are associated with your tour will pull up and you will see all the photo's information.
- Depending on how many images you have you may have to scroll down to the bottom of the screen to see the Download button.
- Click on the Download under High-Resolution to download a zip file of all of the high-resolution photos.

Click the Save button in the new pop up window to download.

A pop up window will open asking where you would like to save the zip file. Navigate to the location by either selecting it through the drop down menu at the top of the window or by the side buttons to the left of the screen.

Rename the zip file if desired or click Save.

Go to where you have saved the zip file and right click on the file.

From the pop up menu select Extract All

When the Extraction Wizard will begins click the Extract button.

The files will then be extracted to the same place you had saved the zip folder. The photos will now be accessible for you to use.
