Add Important Documents

Obeo now allows you to upload property documents to your Obeo HomeSite, which can be downloaded by anyone viewing the virtual tour. We can host property disclosure documents, tax records, community guidelines or any other file you want to share with potential buyers. These files are uploaded from your members area and can be viewed/downloaded from the tour in the “Tools” section of Obeo HomeSite. This page describes the process to upload these documents from your members area and how to see them on your Obeo HomeSite listing.


Step 1 - Login & Select Tour

  • Login to your Members Area.
  • Select the tour in the Step 1 box.
  • Select Edit Tour/Details in the Step 2 box.
  • Click the GO! button.

Step 2 - Documents

  • Click on the Documents tab under the Edit Tour Details.

Step 3 - Add Document

  • Type in the name of the document to the right of Name.
  • Click the Browse button to open the navigation window.
  • Navigate to the folder where the document is located and select the document and click Open.

Step 4 - Document Options

  • The document will be uploaded to the tour, and you have the option to Edit the name of the document, Delete the document, or click Open to review the document.

  • After clicking the Edit button, type in the new name of the document.
  • Click Edit File to save your changes.

Step 5 - Open Tour

  • Open the Virtual Tour.
  • Select the Tools button.

  • Click on Important Documents button

Step 7 - Viewing Document

  • Click on the File Name to view the file.
  • The file will open and you will have the option to Save or Open the document.
  • Click the Close Window button to close the pop up window.
