Edit Tour Details

• Login to your Members Area.

• Select your Property Address in the Step 1 box.

• Select Edit Tour Details/Information in the Step 2 Box.

• Click the Go Button off to the right of Step 2

• To update your MLS Number click in the text area for MLS Number and input the new number.

• Under the General Details you can edit the Price, Bedroom, Bathrooms, and other additional information if it is necessary in selling the property.

• Once you have updated the information click Save Changes in the bottom right corner to update your listing.

• Please NOTE: In order for your listing to meet our syndication criteria to be sent to the various websites we need to have the MLS number for the listing. This is most crucial for posting the tour to Realtor.com.

• The Property Remarks will appear on the Front Page of your Obeo Tour, as well as on your Property Brochures. You are limited to 500 Characters.

• The Additional Tour Remarks will be found in the View Details section on the virtual tour. You can add as much information as you would like under this section.

Note: If you copy and past it directly from a Word Document the text carries with it a html value that may cause your text to appear distorted on your tour. For best results use Notepad to create your descriptions and then copy and paste the text into the site. Notepad does not add any html values to the text.

• Once you have updated your description click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.

• Input any information on this page to best explain the Interior & Exterior details.

• This will appear in the View Details section on the virtual tour, and on the Property Brochure.

• Once you have updated your description click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
