Obeo Publish

  • Login to your Members Area
  • Click on the Obeo Publish button on the right hand side of the screen.

New Members

  • If you have never used Obeo Publish then you will need to confirm your information by clicking in the Check Box and clicking the Next button.
  • Enter in your information with all the required information provided and click the Next button.

Creating Brochure Order

  • To create a new brochure order click on the 8.5 x 11 Single Sided link under Brochures.

Selecting Brochure Type

  • At the top of the page you will have 3 different options for the style of the brochure. For this example we are going to select Modern.
  • Then for this example we are going to select the second brochure layout.
  • Confirm your selection by clicking the Next button.
  • You can also click on the Brochure to get a closer view of what the brochure will look like.
  • This will also show to what quantity and type of paper the brochures are available in.

Editing The Brochure

  • At the top of the page type a name for your order.
  • Make sure sure that your contact information is correct. If you need to edit any of your contact information or your companies information click the edit button.

Agent Photo

  • Your agent photo will automatically be imported from you Obeo Members Area.
  • If you do not want this photo then click on the trash can below the photo to delete.
  • To upload a new photo click the upload button.
  • To ensure that the photo is selected, Under Headshot 1 to the left of the page, select the name of the photo.

Company Logo

  • To upload the logo click on the **Upload** button and then browse for the photo and upload.
  • Then you will need to select the logo name under Logo 1 at the left of the page.

Add Photos

  • Click on Retrieve Obeo Photos to access the highest resolution photos that are available for your tour. Or you can click on the Upload button to upload your own photos.
  • Click on Preview to begin selecting the photos

  • To select the photos click in the check box areas. Please select up to the amount of photos the brochure allows.
  • After selecting the photos click on Retrieve Photos button.

 

 

 

  • A pop up window will display telling you the status of photo retrieval.
  • Click on Continue Personalizing Order to continue editing the brochure.
  • Under Photo 1 selecting by name, put the photos in the order you want them to be displayed in.
  • If needed you can delete a photo by clicking the trash can icon, and then select Retrieve Photos to select new pictures.

Selecting Color Scheme

  • Select one of the radial buttons to choose what color scheme will show on your brochures.

Editing The Brochure Information

  • Enter in all of the property details you would like shown on the brochures. Different brochures will have different layout options for the text.
  • Click Save to save your changes to the template.
  • Click Proof Order to continue with placing your Order.

Proofing Order

  • Click on the View Larger or the View as PDF to proof the brochure to ensure that you have made all the corrections to your brochure.
  • Under Proofing Tools you have additional options that are more advanced then what was provided on the previous editing pages.
  • Under Customer Agreement check all the check boxes to accept the terms and agreements for submitting your brochure to be printed.

Order Options

  • You will see the pricing information for the Paper Type, and the Quantity on the left of the page.
  • In the Quantity box enter in the amount of brochures you want to order.
  • Select either Standard Paper or Heavy Paper
  • Click Next to continue with your order

Shipping Options

  • Select where you want the photos to be shipped to.
  • Check to see if the address is correct
  • Select your shipping option
  • Click the Next button to continue with your order

Payment & Promo Code

  • To apply a promotional code enter the code into Offer Code box and click Apply Discount
  • Review your order to make sure that the brochure you wanted is listed with the right quantity and shipping. Your total for your purchase will appear to the right.
  • Enter in your Credit Card information in the are provided.
  • Click Place My Order to complete the order form and submit the order to the Printer.
